If you have students that need a little extra help, if you want or have a class that requires an accommodation, or you have non-native speakers, here are some university offices that can provide some services.
Faculty have use of the Laboratory for Integrated Learning and Technology (CAS IT Web Services)which is a facility that can help them with using web-based and other technology for teaching and research. Faculty also have use of the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology (CTLT) which is a facility that can help them with faculty teaching development, basic computer application training, and help with a variety of pedagogical issues. Milner Library offers a variety of resources for teachers, including research databases, onlinejournals, and interlibrary loan service. To place an item on course reserve (print or digital) or to request that an item be digitized for course reserve, click here.
The College of Arts & Sciences Information Technology Team (CAS-IT) is your first stop for desktop and classroom support. CAS-IT will help you with your office computers, lab computers, specialty equipment and software, and much more. Faculty also have use of the Web Services which is a facility that can help them with using technology for teaching and research.
